Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participant
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@kailashgateway.com. The cancellation date is the date the written notice is received. Refunds are calculated as follows:

Cancellation by Kailash Gateway
In the unlikely event that Kailash Gateway must cancel a journey due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or force majeure, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or the option to transfer to another available date.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. This protects you in cases of illness, injury, or unforeseen events that prevent you from traveling.
Rescheduling
Participants may request to transfer their booking to a future journey date. Rescheduling requests made more than 60 days before departure are considered free of charge (subject to availability). Rescheduling within 60 days incurs a 15% administration fee.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
